Terms of service
Updated 5 November 2026.
1. The seller and these terms
These terms apply to purchases from Horizon at horizonmaple.site, operated by CUSTACUP LLC, 11500 Sukdu Way, Anchorage, AK 99515, United States. Rowanbridge Press is our editorial imprint. Read the relevant product page, delivery policy and refund policy before buying. Keep your order confirmation and a copy of the terms that apply at purchase.
2. What the store sells
The store sells English PDF guides, printable workbook pages and the standalone Horizon welcome booklet. Product pages state the title, format and included material. Images depicting a printed book illustrate the digital edition. No physical item, editable source file, audio edition, live consultation or subscription is included unless it is expressly described as part of that product.
3. Ordering and payment
Review the selected title, price option, currency, contact details and checkout total before confirming payment. You must be able to enter the purchase under the rules that apply to you or have the appropriate permission. We supply the purchase following successful payment confirmation. If a payment fails or remains pending, access may be delayed until the payment provider resolves it.
4. Prices and currency
Store prices are presented in USD. The checkout shows the applicable total and tax treatment before payment. We do not charge physical shipping for PDFs. Your bank or provider may apply its own currency conversion or separate fees; these are controlled by that provider. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an amount already confirmed for an existing order.
5. Six Horizon options
The product named Horizon is a separate English welcome and reflection PDF. It offers six one-time prices: US$25, US$50, US$100, US$150, US$200 and US$500. Each price delivers exactly the same file. Higher prices do not include additional pages, advice, access, rewards or services. Choose only the amount you intend to pay. This is a digital purchase, not a charitable donation or investment.
6. Digital delivery
Shopify Digital Products supplies download access on the order confirmation and by email after payment is confirmed. Enter an email address you can access, check your spam folder and save a copy of the file. Contact us if delivery is missing or incorrect. Do not place a second order simply to correct an email problem. We will help provide the purchased content or the applicable remedy.
7. Technical requirements
A current PDF reader and a device capable of opening standard PDF files are needed. An internet connection is needed to download the file. You may then read a saved copy offline and optionally print it. Check the description for language and page count. A translated storefront or browser does not translate the delivered English document.
8. Personal-use licence
After purchase you may download, keep and print the purchased edition for your own use. Copyright remains with its rights holder. The licence does not permit resale, redistribution, sharing download access, public uploads or presenting the material as your own publication. Any use allowed independently by mandatory law remains unaffected. Ask us if you need a broader permission.
9. Educational limits
The guides offer general education, examples and reflection prompts. They do not assess personal circumstances or create an adviser-client relationship. No saving, borrowing approval, financial improvement or other result is promised. Worked examples are fictional. Verify relevant facts and seek appropriately qualified assistance for decisions needing individual financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice.
10. Accuracy and editorial issues
We aim for descriptions and files that match. If you find an error or receive a different file, tell us the title, edition and relevant page or issue. We will review the report and provide the remedy required for a non-conforming purchase. We do not reserve a right to replace the purchased item with unrelated material or change an existing purchase solely by editing a future listing.
11. Refunds and consumer remedies
Our voluntary policy provides full refunds requested within 14 calendar days, even if a PDF has been downloaded. Non-supply, defects and mandatory consumer protections are not limited to that voluntary period. Review the refund policy for the request process. We do not use a blanket statement that all digital sales are final or treat every download as removing all consumer rights.
12. Store use and security
Use the store lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with checkout, access another customer’s information or distribute malicious material through contact channels. Keep account and email access secure. We may take proportionate measures to prevent specific abuse, while preserving remedies and access rights relating to legitimate purchases. Report an access problem rather than attempting to obtain another customer’s link.
13. Privacy and communications
The privacy policy explains information needed for orders, delivery, support and legal records. Transactional messages are sent to administer your purchase; buying does not automatically request unrelated marketing. Support may ask for an order number and checkout email, but does not need your full card details, password or private workbook answers.
14. External resources and availability
Links to public educational resources are supplied for further reading and do not imply endorsement. Their content and rules can change. Temporary store maintenance or provider interruptions can occur. Keep a saved copy of your PDF and contact us if an interruption prevents access to purchased content. We do not promise future editions or perpetual hosting as part of a one-time edition purchase.
15. Responsibility and mandatory law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including protections concerning digital content that is not supplied or does not conform to its description. Consumers retain mandatory protections that apply in their place of residence and available complaint routes. We do not require you to give up those protections by buying from a US-based operator.
16. Changes, questions and disputes
The version accepted at purchase remains relevant to that purchase. Later updates are dated and apply as legally appropriate; they do not silently remove an existing contractual right. If a concern arises, contact us with the order details so we can try to resolve it promptly. This does not prevent you from using any competent authority, court or dispute route available under applicable law.
